What You Will Be Doing

  • Controlling the complete enrollment experience for prospective families, from initial outreach through onboarding.
  • Facilitating needs-based conversations to assess alignment before offering solutions or advising on next steps.
  • Overseeing 20+ concurrent family relationships across various enrollment stages, with transparent tracking of status and follow-up actions.
  • Delivering campus tours, shadow visits, and decision-focused conversations that articulate outcomes, expectations, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Keeping CRM and enrollment systems (HubSpot and SIS) current and accurate to enable forecasting, prioritization, and service excellence.

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Applying transactional or aggressive sales methods.
  • Admitting families who lack alignment simply to meet quotas.
  • Supervising a sizable team or working through complex approval hierarchies.
  • Distributing ownership of the family journey across multiple roles.
  • Operating remotely. This position is on-campus by design.

Basic Requirements

  • 3+ years providing premium, individualized service in settings where service excellence directly influences brand standing (education, luxury hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership, or owner-operated services).
  • Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment process from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Experience managing 20+ concurrent client, guest, or family engagements at varying stages, supported by a clear tracking and prioritization method.
  • Capacity to offer specific examples of consultative decision-making, including instances where you recommended against your offering when alignment was absent.
  • Professional written correspondence experience with senior leaders, high-net-worth individuals, or discerning clients.
  • Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of the following locations: Denver, CO; or Park City, UT.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

Nice-to-have Requirements

  • Experience in competitive independent school admissions or selective program enrollment.
  • Background in luxury hospitality, VIP client services, or executive-level support functions.
  • Experience designing or improving enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service benchmarks.
  • Proficiency using data and CRM analytics to enhance conversion alignment, not merely pace.
