Responsibilities
- Manage the complete enrollment process for prospective families, from initial contact to final onboarding.
- Facilitate needs-based conversations to evaluate fit before offering solutions or advising on next steps.
- Oversee 20+ concurrent family relationships across various stages of enrollment, with transparent tracking of status and follow-up actions.
- Conduct campus tours, student shadow experiences, and decision-oriented discussions that articulate outcomes, expectations, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Ensure accurate documentation in CRM and student information systems (HubSpot and SIS) to enable forecasting, prioritization, and consistent service delivery.
Requirements
- 3+ years providing premium, individualized service in settings where service excellence directly influences brand perception (education, luxury hospitality, executive assistance, premium membership organizations, or owner-operated client services).
- Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment experience from initial engagement through successful onboarding.
- Experience managing 20+ concurrent client, guest, or family accounts at varying stages, supported by a structured tracking and prioritization approach.
- Capacity to share specific examples of consultative judgment, including instances where you advised against your offering when it was not appropriate for the client.
- Professional written communication skills with senior executives, high-net-worth clients, or discerning stakeholders.
- Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to Park City, UT or Scottsdale, AZ.
- Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

- Experience in admissions for selective private schools or enrollment for competitive programs.
- Background in luxury hospitality, VIP guest relations, or executive support functions.

Benefits
Alpha offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.

The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
