About the role

This position is designed to uphold standards for Alpha's ambitious educational model, integrating rigorous academics with technology-enabled learning and elevated expectations for both students and faculty. The role focuses on managing the complete admissions process for a campus, from applications to enrollment, ensuring alignment with the model's goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete enrollment experience for prospective families, from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Facilitate needs-assessment discussions to evaluate compatibility before offering solutions or advising on next steps.
  • Oversee 20+ concurrent family relationships across various stages of the enrollment pipeline, with transparent tracking of status and follow-up actions.
  • Direct campus tours, shadow day experiences, and decision-making conversations that articulate outcomes, expectations, and the model's ideal fit.
  • Keep CRM and enrollment systems (HubSpot and SIS) current and accurate to enable forecasting, prioritization, and sustained service excellence.

Requirements

  • 3+ years providing premium, individualized service in settings where service excellence directly influences brand perception (education, luxury hospitality, executive support, premium membership, or owner-operated services).
  • Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment process from initial engagement through onboarding.
  • Experience concurrently managing 20+ client, guest, or family accounts at varying stages, supported by a structured tracking and prioritization approach.
  • Capacity to share specific examples of consultative decision-making, including instances where you advised against your product or service when the fit was inadequate.
  • Professional written communication experience engaging senior executives, high-net-worth individuals, or discerning clients.
  • Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of these locations: Denver, CO; or Park City, UT.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

Nice-to-have Requirements

  • Experience in selective private school admissions or competitive program enrollment.
  • Background in luxury hospitality, VIP guest services, or executive-level support roles.
  • Experience developing or refining enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service benchmarks.
  • Proficiency using data and CRM analytics to enhance conversion quality, not merely velocity.
