We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections present: About the role? The posting includes description of college, purpose, essential duties, knowledge/skills/abilities, physical/mental demands, salary, location, job type, etc. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must include sections only when posting has real specific content. Salary is given: $86,826.00 - $128,282.00 Annually. So we can have a Pay section. Schedule? Not given. Benefits? Not given explicitly. So we omit Benefits and Schedule if not present. We need to include Pay section with that salary. Also location maybe part of metadata; we can fold into a short p. Job ID etc drop. We need sections: maybe "About the role" (primary purpose), "Responsibilities" (essential duties), "Requirements" (knowledge, skills, abilities), maybe "Qualifications"? Not separate. Could combine knowledge/skills/abilities as Requirements. Also "Physical and Mental Demands" could be a section but maybe not required; but we can include as "Working Conditions" if content present. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Pay. Possibly also "Working Conditions" for physical/mental demands. But that might be thin. However we have substantive content there. Could include as "Working Conditions". Let's decide: Include About the role (primary purpose and college description), Responsibilities (essential duties), Requirements (knowledge, skills, abilities), Pay (salary). Possibly also Working Conditions (physical/mental demands). That's 5 sections. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Salary is specific. We need to use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For prose use

. For lists like essential duties we can make

. For knowledge/skills/abilities we can also make
        . For physical/mental demands maybe
. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all duties listed. That's a lot. We need to capture them as list items. Must not omit any. That's lengthy but doable. We need to include college description etc in About the role. Let's extract sections: About the role: includes college description (open-access..., mission, etc) and Primary Purpose paragraph. Responsibilities: Essential duties list (items 1-? plus the numbered list up to 17 and "Perform other related duties"). We need to capture each duty as list item. Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities: includes Knowledge Of..., Skills..., Ability To..., etc. We'll break into list items. Physical And Mental Demands: includes Physical Demands and Mental Demands paragraphs. Pay: salary. We must not include Job ID, Opening/Closing dates etc? Those are metadata; we can fold into short p maybe under About the role? But instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can include a short p with location, job type, etc. But we already have location maybe in About the role? Better to have a short p after headings? But we need to output only HTML fragment; we can include a

with metadata like "Location: MAIN CAMPUS - 2700 BARSTOW ROAD, BARSTOW, CA | Job Type: FULL TIME | Salary: $86,826.00 - $128,282.00 Annually". However salary we already have in Pay section; we could still include location and job type in a short p. But we must not repeat job title as heading. That's fine. Let's craft. We'll start with a

for metadata: location, job type, maybe division? Not needed. Then

          About the role

          with

containing college description and primary purpose. Then

          Responsibilities

          with
          • each duty. Then

            Requirements

            with
            • each knowledge, skill, ability. Then

              Working Conditions

              with
              • physical demands and mental demands. Then

                Pay

                with

salary. Make sure not to include any boilerplate like EEO etc. The posting didn't have that. Now we need to extract duties list exactly as in text. Let's copy duties from "ESSENTIAL DUTIES And RESPONSIBILITIES" paragraph after the intro.
