Responsibilities
- Design and implement a culturally responsive vision for math and science education
- Collaborate with leadership to establish enabling systems for the vision
- Monitor and lead the creation of regional curricula and assessments
- Conduct observations and workshops to drive instructional improvements
- Plan and execute professional development sessions for teachers
- Analyze student data to inform instructional strategies
- Coach teachers and develop instructional practices across schools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (required)
- 4-5 years of math and/or science teaching experience, with active CA credential or equivalent
- 2-3 years of leadership experience in a school setting
- Deep understanding of best practices in math and science education
- Experience in driving outcomes for diverse student populations
- Strong project management skills
