Position Description
Overall Purpose: Lead the institution's market intelligence, CRM strategy, analytics, and technology infrastructure to drive enrollment growth, strengthen brand performance, enhance the student experience, and support data-informed decision-making across the organization.

Schedule
Office hours are primarily weekdays 8AM - 5PM, but responsibilities will occasionally require additional hours and flexibility that can include evenings and weekends.
Strategic Enrollment Growth & Market Intelligence
Using Salesforce, develop and refine key performance indicators, lead measures, and success metrics for enrollment, marketing, and communications.
Provide market and data intelligence to improve student recruitment, admissions, hospitality, and brand performance.
Analyze enrollment trends, market opportunities, and admissions funnel performance to increase yield and growth.
Advise executive leadership on market intelligence, enrollment strategy, and performance outcomes.
Technology, CRM, & Data Infrastructure Leadership
Lead the implementation, integration, and management of Salesforce.
Develop market intelligence and recruitment tools within the Salesforce environment.
Build automated dashboards and reporting systems that provide real-time insights and decision support.
Partner with IT and campus stakeholders to acquire and optimize technology solutions that support enrollment growth and brand expansion.
Communication, Engagement & Student Experience Enhancement
Assist the Admissions team through design and automation of personalized communication for prospective students.
Improve operational and business processes that create seamless and engaging prospective student experiences.
Strengthen brand awareness and market presence through intelligence-driven communication strategies.
Facilitate campus-wide access to actionable enrollment and marketing insights.

Leadership, Collaboration & Operational Management
Serve as a strategic advisor to the Vice President and Enrollment, Marketing, and Communications leadership team.
Create reporting and intelligence solutions tailored to campus partners and stakeholders.
Lead training, development, and change management efforts related to technology and process improvements.
Manage the market intelligence and CRM budget portfolio.
Oversee special projects and initiatives that support institutional goals and strategic priorities.
Special projects assigned by the Vice President for Enrollment, Marketing, and Communications.
Qualifications
The Director for Market Intelligence and Student Recruitment CRM is expected to embody an enthusiastic and contagious Christian faith, demonstrating a strong commitment to service within an interdenominational, evangelical Christian university that prioritizes the integration of faith and academic excellence.
A bachelor's degree in business, education, technology, marketing, or a related field is required and at least 5-7 years of experience.
Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM is essential.
A master's degree preferred.
The role demands exceptional organizational, research, management, communication, and strategic thinking/problem-solving skills.
The ideal candidate must excel in leading collaborative project teams of creative employees and manage multiple large projects concurrently.
