Director of Manufacturers

About the Role

The Director of Manufacturers will oversee key manufacturer partnerships within the commercial HVAC market. This role is critical to expanding the firm's presence among consulting engineers, mechanical contractors and building owners, while strengthening relationships with leading commercial HVAC manufacturers. The Director will report to the CEO.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience: HVAC or building systems sales, business development, or manufacturer representation.
• Proven track record of developing strategic manufacturer relationships.
• Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and distribution channels.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel regionally/nationally.
