To avoid thin sections, maybe we skip Skills and put that under Qualifications. But we need to follow instruction: we can include sections only when posting has real specific content. Check: Did we include location? Yes in About the role. Employment type? Direct Hire mentioned. Hybrid? Yes. Professional development/tuition reimbursement included in Benefits and About the role.
We omitted "Referral Bonus (MediQuest):" as a separate sentence inside Benefits list item; that's okay.
We omitted "100% Employer Paid Benefits!" as heading but we captured in Benefits.
We omitted "Direct Hire + Hybrid!" but we captured.
We omitted "look no further for your Director of Managed Care Operations Opportunity!" but that's fluff; we can ignore as not substantive.
We omitted "Job Title:" line.
We omitted "Location:" line separate.
We omitted "Employment Type:" line separate.
We omitted "Schedule:" line separate but we have schedule.
We omitted "Pay:" line separate but we have Pay.
We omitted "What you’ll do:" heading but we have Responsibilities.
We omitted "Required Qualifications for Director of Managed Care Operations:" heading but we have Requirements and Qualifications.
We omitted "100% Paid Benefits:" heading but we have Benefits.
We omitted "Referral Bonus (MediQuest):" we included as list item.
We omitted "About MediQuest:" we included in About the role.
All substantive info preserved.
Check for any missing: "Professional Development/Tuition Reimbursement" we included in Benefits and About the role. Good.
Check for duplicate: we have Professional Development/Tuition Reimbursement in Benefits list and also in About the role paragraph. That's okay; it's not duplicate exactly but appears twice. Might be considered duplication but it's fine as it's in two places. Could remove from About the role to avoid duplication, but we need to preserve all substantive info; mentioning it once is enough. However we included it in About the role as part of description; we could keep it there and not duplicate in Benefits. But Benefits list also includes it; it's a benefit. It's okay to have both but maybe considered
