Director of Maintenance / Plant Manager

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of plumbing, heating and cooling, refrigeration, fire alarm systems, electrical and communication systems
• Routine mechanical and structural repair
• Preventative maintenance and safety checks on various equipment
• Ensuring a safe environment for the entire facility

Requirements

• Knowledge of plumbing, heating and cooling, refrigeration, fire alarm systems, electrical and communication systems
• Familiarity with Life Safety Codes and safety standards
