Director of Maintenance

About the role

Join our team as a Maintenance Supervisor and play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our facility. Your expertise will help maintain a high standard of healthcare service by implementing preventive and corrective maintenance plans to eliminate plant failures.

Responsibilities

• Create schedules, evaluate, and manage preventive, corrective, and project-based maintenance work.
• Maintain building efficiency and ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to minimize disruptions to resident care and business functions.
• Develop maintenance policies, procedures, and maintain equipment warranties and diagrams.
• Oversee and supervise maintenance work to ensure high quality.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports, expenses, and budgets.
• Maintain building compliance with codes and regulations.
• Coordinate maintenance work to avoid disruptions to resident care.
• Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures.
• Supervise and oversee all maintenance tasks.
• Perform additional duties as assigned or required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or Graduate of Technology.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Maintenance job.
