Essential Functions
- Ensures all Loss Prevention standards are properly followed.
- Reviews all reports completed by Loss Prevention officers to ensure accuracy and timely submission.
- Reports all observed hotel property deficiencies and safety hazards.
- Maintains thorough and complete investigation for all incidents incurred by guests and associates (i.e. losses, thefts, accidents, and acts of violence).
- Maintains guest room surveillance procedures.
- Maintains an effective key control program.
- Safeguards shift personnel are properly assigned at all times.
- Responsible for payroll, scheduling and other administrative duties.
- Attends all hotel meetings such as evening stand up, Ops, Safety Committee, Rooms Division, and bi-weekly staff meeting.
- Briefs on-coming shift officer and the MOD on all Loss Prevention issues prior to leaving property.
- Function as MOD on weekends.
- Responds to all fire and medical emergencies.
- Develops department policies and procedures.
