About the role

You will own the end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy and execution for Caesars Digital – Sportsbook, guiding a dedicated team to create industry-leading automated campaigns across Email, Push, SMS, and In-app channels. Close collaboration with Marketing, Product, Data, and Brand teams ensures cross-functional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the full lifecycle marketing strategy—onboarding, acquisition, retention, and cross-sell—for Caesars Sportsbook.
  • Manage and mentor the Lifecycles team, fostering high performance, accountability, and advanced automated campaigns.
  • Monitor and optimize all lifecycle campaigns, continuously refining strategy and performance.
  • Advance digital marketing campaigns in partnership with Sportsbook marketing teams and MarTech partner Optimove.
  • Design personalized, automated campaigns tailored to each player’s lifecycle stage.
  • Create and optimize a test-and-experimentation workflow across marketing channels to improve campaign performance and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on calendar events, product releases, and key communications.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of lifecycle marketing management experience with a deep understanding of data and marketing KPIs.
  • Strong MarTech and CRM fluency, preferably with Optimove, in campaign execution and workflows.
  • Detail-oriented professional with experience building data-driven lifecycle marketing strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in Marketing preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proven ability to manage marketing teams and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Prior experience in iGaming, hospitality, or marketing agencies strongly preferred.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to build positive relationships across teams.

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to quickly assimilate data and communicate corporate information to internal and external audiences.
  • Effective interaction with executive clients (internal and external).
  • Mobility throughout all areas of the casino.
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and carry up to 5 pounds.
  • Physical ability to bend, reach, kneel, twist, and grip while working at a desk.
  • Manual dexterity to operate office equipment (10-key, PC, fax, photocopier).
  • Capacity to work at a fast pace and handle stressful situations.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
  • Ability to respond to visual and aural cues.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $96,400 – $154,770 USD, depending on relevant experience, geography, business needs, and market demand.
