Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Initiate client contact, successfully negotiate and obtain new contracts.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure high standards of service and client satisfaction.
  • P&L Responsibility: Manage the financial performance of the client’s projects.
  • Mentoring and Leadership: Mentor and develop employees, manage the workforce, communicate effectively at all levels within organizations, and lead through influence.
  • Technical Work: Plan, organize, supervise, and coordinate technical work.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 15 years of local experience
  • Registered/Professional Land Surveyor (RLS or PLS) in the state of Arizona
  • Strong reputation in the field of civil engineering
  • Proven ability to plan, organize, supervise, and coordinate technical work
  • Proven ability to initiate client contact, successfully negotiate and obtain new contracts
  • Effective listening, verbal, and written communication skills
