Responsibilities
- Business Development: Initiate client contact, successfully negotiate and obtain new contracts.
- Client Satisfaction: Ensure high standards of service and client satisfaction.
- P&L Responsibility: Manage the financial performance of the client’s projects.
- Mentoring and Leadership: Mentor and develop employees, manage the workforce, communicate effectively at all levels within organizations, and lead through influence.
- Technical Work: Plan, organize, supervise, and coordinate technical work.
Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years of local experience
- Registered/Professional Land Surveyor (RLS or PLS) in the state of Arizona
- Strong reputation in the field of civil engineering
- Proven ability to plan, organize, supervise, and coordinate technical work
- Proven ability to initiate client contact, successfully negotiate and obtain new contracts
- Effective listening, verbal, and written communication skills
