About the role
Genesis Health Clubs – Lexington Tennis Club is one of the largest indoor and outdoor tennis facilities in the country, featuring 15 indoor and 7 outdoor courts. As part of Genesis Health Clubs, the nation’s largest privately owned health club organization, we are committed to delivering exceptional tennis programming and player development. We are seeking an energetic and passionate Director of Junior Growth to lead and grow our junior tennis program.
Responsibilities
- Develop players within the junior tennis program
- Build relationships with families
- Manage coaching staff
