About the role

The Director of ITS Business Operations will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Information Technology Services (ITS) department in the San Francisco Bay Region. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Information Technology Services, this role is responsible for managing the business operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, and fostering collaboration among various departments.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management and coordination of all ITS services across the San Francisco Bay Region.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage budgeting and financial planning for ITS services.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and support of ITS services.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and standards.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve service delivery.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing complex IT projects and budgets.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
