About the role

Are you an IT leader who enjoys combining hands-on technical expertise with strategic ownership of business systems and infrastructure? This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead on enterprise technology operations for a growing organization, with a strong focus on Epicor ERP administration, infrastructure reliability, cybersecurity, and continuous improvement. As Director of IT Operations, you'll oversee the technology environment supporting approximately 130+ users, including Epicor ERP, Microsoft 365, networking, virtualization, backups, security, and end-user support. This role offers meaningful ownership, direct access to executive leadership, and the opportunity to make a measurable impact. With an experienced IT leader planning to retire in early 2027, you'll have a valuable knowledge-transfer period to learn the environment and establish a strong foundation for long-term success. The organization is also integrating acquired businesses into Epicor, creating additional opportunities to contribute to ERP standardization and optimization. If you're an experienced Epicor professional with broad IT infrastructure expertise who wants to own the technology environment from end to end, this could be an excellent next step.
