Director of IsoFerm

About the role

This position is global in scope and may be based anywhere in the world. Given the significant focus on the United States market, candidates must be able to effectively support U.S.-based customers, teams and business initiatives. The role includes approximately 30% travel, as outlined in the job requirements.

The Director of Zinpro IsoFerm is responsible for the overall global growth and oversight of Zinpro IsoFerm, while being a key contributor to long term Zinpro growth. This position will lead a global team, while working across Zinpro’s current go-to-market structure to provide overall direction, new business development, and sales alignment for Zinpro’s IsoFerm business. The Director will develop and execute the strategic business plan for the business and will work closely with regional leaders and sales vice presidents to achieve the goals and objectives set out for each market. The Director will have ownership of the overall success of IsoFerm, and will provide strategic direction, aligned with sales and cross‑functional teammates, to achieve our global IsoFerm goals. The Director will work closely with Zinpro cross functional teams to establish long and short‑term strategies, goals and plans in alignment with corporate direction and objectives.
