Director of Inpatient Clinical Services

About the Role

A dynamic and creative leader to helm this transformational and highly visible initiative. The position requires excellent oral and written communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and exceptional management of clinical, administrative, and community-partnership development requirements. This role will deliver integrated behavioral health services to people in our region.

Responsibilities

• Direct communication with SAMHSA Project Officer as authorized agency representative.
• Plan, implement, and oversee operation of the project.
• Demonstrate a team-approach with ability to coordinate with community partners and Centerstone colleagues.
• Represent the project at high-level federal, state, and county meetings.
• Hire, orient, and train project staff.
• Provide care consultation and intervention supervision for team members.
• Ensure team maintains up-to-date knowledge of community resources/services for individuals in recovery from SUD, SED, SMI, OUD, and/or COD.
• Assist in coordinating training and professional development for team members.
• Ensure compliance with all grant requirements.
• Coordinate with all national, state, and local level oversight entities as required.
• Collaborate with Evaluation to ensure continuous quality improvement and collection/reporting of all required data.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, or a related field required.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience working with individuals with SUD, SED, SMI, OUD, or COD in positions demonstrating increasing responsibility.
• Clinical supervision and management experience in behavioral health, health, or other human services systems at mid-level management or higher.
• Valid Florida Driver’s License with current automobile insurance is needed.
• Clinical license preferred.

$67,610.00--$101,430.00
