Responsibilities

  • Lead the engineering, delivery, operation, and continuous improvement of the Bank's infrastructure, network, cloud, endpoint, telecommunications, and technology operations capabilities.
  • Ensure the availability, performance, security, resiliency, and scalability of the Bank's technology platforms and services.
  • Oversee incident management, asset management, IT service management, disaster recovery, and technology operations processes.
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure roadmaps, technology investment priorities, and architectural standards that improve reliability, efficiency, scalability, and security.
  • Manage technology vendors, strategic partners, contracts, and service providers.
  • Establish and maintain operational standards, procedures, monitoring, reporting, and service management practices.
  • Ensure infrastructure and operational services meet security, business continuity, compliance, audit, regulatory, and risk management requirements.
  • Develop, mentor, and lead infrastructure, network, cloud, endpoint, and related technology engineers.
  • Collaborate with business, security, and application leaders to ensure infrastructure capabilities effectively support organizational priorities and technology initiatives.
  • Evaluate and pilot emerging infrastructure, cloud, security, and operational technologies to improve reliability, resiliency, efficiency, and service delivery.

Qualifications

This role reports to the Chief Information Officer and provides leadership for infrastructure engineering, network engineering, cloud services, endpoint management, technology operations, and operational resilience functions, ensuring technology services effectively support business operations while meeting security, regulatory, and operational requirements.
