Responsibilities
- Oversight of global hybrid cloud infrastructure, prioritizing security
- Leadership of network engineering initiatives including SD-WAN and zero-trust segmentation
- Management of compliance and certification processes for ISO27001 and TISAX
- Development of incident response plans and security policy frameworks
- Enterprise software portfolio management and SaaS lifecycle tasks
- Integration of PLM and engineering tools with existing infrastructures
- Governance of AI tooling usage and management of related expenditures
Qualifications
- 10+ years in IT and infrastructure leadership, with 4 years as a director or functional CISO
- Hands-on expertise in network architecture and cloud security
- Experience managing distributed teams across time zones and cultures
- Direct ownership of ISO 27001 or TISAX certifications
- Strong skills in communicating technical risks to executives
- CISSP or CISM certification preferred
- Background in hardware manufacturing or automotive sectors a plus
