Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise IT and digital strategies aligned with business and manufacturing objectives
- Lead company-wide digital transformation initiatives focused on productivity, operational efficiency, and innovation
- Identify and implement automation, AI, and digital tools that deliver measurable business impact and ROI
- Provide strategic guidance on emerging technologies, digital trends, and competitive positioning
- Own and execute the enterprise data strategy, including governance, architecture, and data quality standards
- Establish scalable data platforms that support advanced analytics, AI, and real-time decision-making
- Partner with business leaders to deliver actionable insights that improve operational and financial performance
- Define and track KPIs that measure IT effectiveness, adoption, productivity gains, and business value
- Oversee enterprise IT infrastructure, systems, applications, and support operations across all locations
- Ensure system reliability, scalability, performance, and service delivery excellence
- Support ERP and manufacturing systems integration and optimization initiatives
- Establish governance frameworks for project prioritization, intake, and resource allocation
- Lead, mentor, and develop IT team members while building a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Drive organizational change management and adoption of new technologies and business processes
- Foster innovation and improve the employee digital experience across the organization
- Oversee IT project execution to ensure delivery on time and within budget
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and third-party service providers to optimize performance and cost
- Develop and manage IT budgets while ensuring strategic investment and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of IT leadership experience within a mid-sized organization
- Experience supporting and optimizing ERP systems in a manufacturing environment (Oracle EBS or SAP preferred)
- Experience managing multi-site or global IT operations
- Proven success leading enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives
- Strong background in cybersecurity strategy, governance, and risk management
- Experience leading enterprise AI initiatives and implementing emerging technologies
- Proficiency with business intelligence and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Experience managing offshore or nearshore IT resources and vendor ecosystems preferred
