Director of Information Technology

About the role

A leader in the nonprofit manufacturing industry is hiring an IT Director in St. Louis, MO for a direct hire position, hybrid, onsite 4 days, 1 day work from home.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization's technology strategy to support business objectives and long term growth.
• Lead the design, implementation, maintenance, and administration of enterprise infrastructure, cloud systems, networks, and software platforms.
• Oversee cybersecurity initiatives, business continuity planning, compliance efforts, and security audits.
• Manage ERP deployment, ecommerce operations, technology integrations, vendor partnerships, and IT budgets.
• Direct daily IT operations, establish performance metrics, lead technical teams, and manage projects using Agile and traditional methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Prior experience with Business Central, ServiceNow, Zoho CRM, Power BI and Paycom is a plus.
• 12+ years of experience in IT operations.
• Prior experience managing and developing technical teams is a plus.
• Experience with CMMC or government compliance is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, databases, telecommunications, and enterprise systems.
• Proven experience managing ERP implementations, vendor relationships, budgets, and complex technology projects.
