Our client is seeking an experienced Director of Information Technology to provide strategic vision, technical leadership, and operational oversight for the organization’s technology environment. This leader will oversee the IT department, manage and develop IT talent, establish technology standards, and ensure the infrastructure, systems, security, and applications necessary to support the organization’s continued growth and success. This is a highly visible leadership position that sits at the intersection of technology strategy, cybersecurity, infrastructure, software development, and organizational leadership. The Director will partner closely with the Executive team to develop and execute the company’s IT strategy while remaining hands-on enough to understand and address complex technical and operational challenges. The ideal candidate is a servant leader who combines strong technical expertise with business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to developing people. This individual will be responsible for ensuring reliable, secure, scalable, and cost-effective technology operations in a 24/7/365 environment.
