About the role

The beautiful Marriott Boston Quincy is seeking a Director of Human Resources, People and Culture. At our hotel, we believe exceptional guest experiences begin with exceptional associate experiences. We are seeking a dynamic, people-focused Director of Human Resources who is passionate about building culture, developing leaders, and creating an environment where associates feel valued, connected, and inspired to grow. This role is ideal for an HR leader who thrives in hospitality, understands the pace and complexity of a full-service hotel operation, and believes Human Resources should be a visible, operationally engaged partner to every department in the hotel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Human Resources leadership experience within a hotel environment required
• Full-service hotel experience strongly preferred
• Marriott brand experience and knowledge of Marriott HR systems and platforms preferred
• Proven experience driving associate engagement and culture initiatives
• Strong employee relations and leadership coaching background
• Able to influence and partner effectively with operational leaders
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment
