Responsibilities

• Human resources strategic planning, manpower planning and development, succession planning, policy development, opportunity analysis, problem resolution, performance monitoring, and program development.
• Responsible for the overall process for provider appointment and reappointment to the medical staff.
• Plans, organizes, and directs all aspects of the human resources department and all its entities including benefits and compensation.
• Responsible for employment, employee and labor relations, worker compensation, employee health, and EAP services.
• Deep understanding of healthcare-specific laws and regulations, experience with AAAHC ideal.
• Credentialing & Licensing: Experience with tracking and verifying professional licenses, certifications, and background checks.
• Ability to source and recruit high-demand talent (physicians, nurses, technicians).
• Implementing continuous feedback systems, rather than just annual reviews, to improve productivity and
