Director of Human Resources

About the role

As a key member of our leadership team, the Director of Human Resources will play a vital role in shaping our organization's culture and supporting the success of our employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of human resources policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Provide strategic guidance and support to management and employees, focusing on employee relations, talent development, and organizational design.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement organizational strategies, goals, and objectives that drive business outcomes and support company-wide initiatives.
• Design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and events to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions and drive process improvements.
• Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion, promoting mutual respect, team spirit, and hard work among employees.
• Manage and coordinate the recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes to attract, develop, and retain top talent.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in human resources leadership, with a strong track record of driving business results and improving employee engagement.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership, employees, and external partners.
• Strong analytical and technical skills, with expertise in HR operations, compensation, and benefits administration.
