About the role
The Director of Human Resources is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment processes and manage candidate selection
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for employee relations
- Manage benefits administration and ensure compliance with applicable laws
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback
- Manage employee training and development programs
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall organizational effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management
- Proven track record in managing large teams and projects
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Experience in international HR operations
- Knowledge of HRIS systems
- Experience in diversity and inclusion initiatives

$80,000 - $100,000 annually
