Job Summary
Working as an HR Director for our Home Office, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of the people function for our corporate Team Members. From overseeing hiring and onboarding, to culture and engagement, this is a high visibility role for a strategic and collaborative HR leader.
Key Responsibilities
- Manages the recruitment process for non-exempt, exempt and professional level positions
- Adheres to federal and state employment laws
- Assists in Human Resource policy development and implementation
- Directs all investigations and resolutions of grievances and correspond periodically with labor attorneys
- Manages all aspects of employee benefit programs and participate in the yearly benefits renewal analyses and vendor selection process
- Leads employee engagement for the corporate office
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent of four to 10 years' related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in the food service industry a plus
- Bi-lingual Human Resources professional
- Strong effective communicator
- Able to effectively direct the efforts of a team of diverse human resources professionals
