We are growing and looking for a Director of Human Resources onsite to join the team!

Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the VP of Human Resources and executive leadership to execute company-wide HR initiatives and people strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, and organizational development.
- Lead and manage key HR projects and initiatives from planning through implementation and evaluation.
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, policy development, HR compliance, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
- Support internal audits, policy updates, and HR best practice development.
- Partner with leadership to support recruiting, onboarding, retention, and workforce development initiatives.
- Assist with succession planning and leadership development programs.
- Support initiatives that improve employee engagement, communication, and workplace culture.
- Compensation, Benefits & HR Systems
- Support compensation and benefits programs including salary benchmarking and incentive programs.
- Help manage HRIS (Paylocity) data integrity, reporting, and HR metrics to inform leadership decision-making.
- Drive process improvements and HR operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, with strong generalist expertise.
- Experience working in manufacturing, industrial, or production environments preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead HR initiatives and projects from start to finish.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and employee relations.
- Experience supporting senior leadership and partnering with operations teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR
