Full-time
We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes "Brief Description" then "Location and Schedule". Then "What You’ll Do" (responsibilities). Then "Core Competencies and Skills". Then "Why Join Harbor Care?" (maybe mission). Then "Requirements" (Experience Qualifications and Experience, Education, Certifications/Licensure). Then "Summary Benefits That Support Your Quality of Life:" (Benefits). Also maybe "Pay" not present, so omit. "Schedule" we have location and schedule info: full-time, based in Nashua, NH with opportunity to work a hybrid schedule. That's schedule info, we can put under a Schedule section? The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. We have schedule info: full-time, hybrid schedule. So we can create a

. Also location maybe part of schedule or separate? Could combine. We need headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we should only include sections with real content. We have About the role (brief description). Responsibilities (What You’ll Do). Requirements (Experience Qualifications etc). Qualifications (Education, Certifications). Skills (Core Competencies and Skills). Benefits (Summary Benefits). Schedule (Location and Schedule). Pay not present, omit. We must not repeat job title as heading. Use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The posting includes "Harbor Care values diverse experiences..." and "Harbor Care is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer..." That's EEO boilerplate; should be removed. Also "Harbor Care is committed to fostering a respectful..." maybe not boilerplate but could be considered part of mission? It's generic but maybe keep? The instruction: remove EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate. So remove lines about Equal Opportunity Employer. Also "Harbor Care values diverse experiences..." maybe also EEO? It's about valuing diverse experiences; could be considered part of EEO but maybe keep? Safer to remove that line as it's generic EEO. Also "Harbor Care is committed to fostering a respectful, professional, and supportive workplace for all employees." That's also generic but maybe keep as part of culture? Might be considered boilerplate; but not explicitly listed. I'd keep it as part of Why Join Harbor Care? Actually that section already includes mission. The line about fostering respectful workplace could be part of Why Join Harbor Care? but it's after Benefits. Might be considered boilerplate; but we can keep as it's substantive about workplace culture. However instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. That line is not EEO exactly but about respectful workplace; could stay. We need to ensure we don't include duplicated lines. The posting includes "Harbor Care's comprehensive benefit package include:" then list. We'll keep that. Now craft HTML. Structure:

    Requirements

    Experience

Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible HR experience, including at least 3 years in an HR leadership or management capacity.

Broad HR experience encompassing employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, compliance, and organizational development.

Demonstrated experience advising senior leaders on complex workforce matters.

Experience leading workplace investigations and managing high-risk employee relations issues.

Healthcare, behavioral health, human services, nonprofit, or similarly regulated-sector experience strongly preferred.

Experience supervising HR professionals and managing external HR partners and vendors.

An equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience may be considered.

    Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or related discipline required, or equivalent combination of education and significant relevant experience.

Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related discipline preferred.

    Certifications/Licensure

SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or comparable professional HR certification preferred; senior-level certification strongly preferred.

But we need to follow instruction: Use

    for section headings only. Not

    . So we cannot use

. We need to keep sections only with

. So we need to embed subheadings maybe as

with bold? But instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use

for section headings. It didn't say we cannot use other heading levels, but to be safe we can avoid

and just incorporate those subsections as

    with bold text or as

    • . However we need to preserve all substantive information. We can keep the subheadings as within

. That should be fine. Thus for Requirements we can have a

      Requirements

then inside we can have paragraphs with bold labels. Similarly for Qualifications and Skills? Actually we already have Skills section separate. The posting includes "Core Competencies and Skills" as skills. We already have that. We also have "Qualifications" maybe we need a Qualifications section? The posting includes Education and Certifications under Requirements. But we could treat Education and Certifications as part of Requirements. The instruction list includes Qualifications as a possible heading; we could create a Qualifications section for Education and Certifications. But we already have Requirements covering experience; we could split: Requirements (Experience) and Qualifications (Education, Certifications). However we must not create thin sections; but we have substantive content for both. So we can have:

      Requirements

      (experience)

      Qualifications

(education, certifications) But we also have Skills separate. Thus final sections: About the role, Schedule, Responsibilities, Core Competencies and Skills, Why Join Harbor Care?, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits. Check if we need Benefits heading: Yes we have Benefits. Now we need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like Equal Opportunity Employer. Remove that line. Also remove "Harbor Care values diverse experiences and backgrounds. Equivalent combinations of education, work experience, military service, volunteer work, internships, and transferable skills may be considered." That's also EEO-ish; remove. Also remove "Harbor Care is committed to fostering a respectful, professional, and supportive workplace for all employees." Might be okay but could be considered generic; but it's not EEO. I'd keep it as part of Why Join Harbor Care? maybe after mission. But it's after Benefits in original; we could incorporate into Why Join Harbor Care? or keep as separate paragraph under Why Join? Let's place it after the mission paragraph as part of Why Join Harbor Care? to keep content. Thus Why Join Harbor Care? paragraph will include both mission and that line. Now Benefits: we need to list as
      • . The posting says
