Qualifications & Responsibilities
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- UKG experience preferred
- Previous Human Resources Director experience in a long-term care setting preferred, but not required
- Review bi-weekly payroll and update personnel policies as needed

- Evaluate annual performance reviews as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Staffing Coordinator
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Degree in Human Resources preferred, but not required
- Two years of Long-Term Care staffing coordinator experience preferred
- Create and maintain staff schedules
- Maintain records of call-outs, tardiness, and early arrivals
- Coordinate with Human Resources on employee recruitment and retention efforts

- Assist with annual performance reviews as needed
- Coordinate interviews with the recruitment team and department heads
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards
