On-site role based in Cleveland, OH with occasional work from home Less than 20% travel required $130K-$145K, plus an annual bonus up to 15% What You’ll Bring Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years leading teams and fostering professional development Strong expertise in employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and HR compliance Proven track record supporting organizational growth and change management, including acquisitions Solid knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices Experience with HRIS platforms such as Dayforce, Workday, or similar systems Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills Experience supporting manufacturing organizations Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred 8+ years in HR, including 5+ years leading teams in a manufacturing setting Prior experience supporting acquisitions and HR integration If you are a strategic HR leader ready to influence organizational success and build high-performing teams, we encourage you to apply today.
