The Director of Human Resources, Manufacturing at Prinsco is a highly visible leadership opportunity designed for someone who wants to be close to the business, build relationships where the work happens, develop people, and make a meaningful impact on both operations and culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Site HR Partners supporting manufacturing and yard operations.
• Partner directly with Manufacturing and Operations leaders to strengthen teams and drive results.
• Coach leaders on leadership effectiveness, workforce planning, organizational change, employee relations, and talent development.
• Identify workforce risks, leadership gaps, and retention opportunities, then drive practical solutions.
• Support succession planning, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Partner with HR, Safety, and Operations leaders to improve workforce performance and business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive human resources experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of driving business results through effective HR strategies and partnerships.
• Experience in manufacturing environments preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with all levels of employees and management.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
