Key Responsibilities For The Director Of HR The Director of HR will lead execution of core HR operations, including employee relations, recruiting, compensation, performance management, and compliance.Coach, mentor, and develop a team of HR professionals while driving accountability and results.Own HRIS and HR analytics initiatives, leveraging workforce data to support operational and strategic decision-making.Partner with senior leaders to develop staffing, retention, and talent acquisition strategies that support business growth.Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters and support leaders through difficult workforce decisions.
