This position will be based in our office in downtown Chicago and support HR functions across multiple states. This position is available immediately! The Director of HR and Benefits manages the human resources and employee benefits functions for the organization, including HR strategy, payroll, employee relations, talent acquisition support, and the design and administration of benefits programs. This role is critical to supporting a distributed workforce of caregivers, field staff, administrative and corporate employees while ensuring compliance with healthcare and labor regulations specific to the home care industry.
Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment and retention strategy for corporate and administrative staff and support recruitment of caregivers/field staff, including strategies to address caregiver turnover.
