Director of Housekeeping - Luxury Vacation Rentals
About Aspen Vacations
Aspen Vacations is a luxury vacation rental company based in Aspen, CO, one of the world's most iconic destinations, managing a curated portfolio of exceptional properties across Aspen and Snowmass Village. True five-star hospitality is in the details: anticipating needs, personalizing every interaction, and creating unforgettable experiences from pre-arrival through post-departure. We are a close, collaborative team driven by a genuine commitment to our guests, our homeowners, and the standard of experience we deliver.
The Opportunity
Housekeeping is where our five-star standard becomes real — every arrival, every turnover, every detail. As Director of Housekeeping, you will own that standard end to end: building and leading the team, designing the training and systems that keep quality consistent, and putting your personal stamp on how a luxury property should look and feel the moment a guest walks in. This is a leadership role with real ownership — and a hands-on one. You'll be equally comfortable building a training program, walking a property before a VIP arrival, mentoring a supervisor, and solving the day's puzzle in real time. You'll report directly to the owner, shape the department as we grow, and see your work reflected in every guest review.
