Director of Hospitality, Retail Experiences
About the Role
For our client, we are seeking a Director of Hospitality, Retail Experiences to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will shape and execute the guest experience strategy for a consumer-facing retail hospitality environment, with a focus on food and beverage program excellence. The position partners closely with operations, vendors, and frontline teams to deliver consistent standards, strong performance metrics, and an elevated customer experience. It also involves leading a team, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring the experience reflects the organization’s brand promise.
Location
McLean, VA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Pay
$206,000 – $235,100 annually
Responsibilities
- Lead the vision for the food and beverage program within the retail hospitality environment
- Develop and innovate menu offerings to meet customer needs
- Set and maintain operating standards for premium guest experiences
- Drive frontline readiness and promotional plans to support customer satisfaction
- Own relationship management and performance metrics for food and beverage vendors
- Oversee network performance through customer feedback and audits
- Lead and develop a high-performing internal team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
- At least 7 years of project management experience
- At least 5 years of people management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or MBA
- 8+ years of project management experience
- 6+ years of people management experience
- PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification
