Responsibilities
- Lead the vision for the company Caf F&B program
- Develop and evolve F&B menu offerings
- Set and maintain rigorous operating standards
- Drive promotional and marketing plans for customer satisfaction
- Own vendor performance and financial reporting standards
- Oversee network performance via customer feedback and audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrated experiences
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
- 7+ years of Project Management experience
- 5+ years of People Management experience
- Masters / MBA preferred (8+ years of Project Management experience preferred)
- 6+ years of People Management experience preferred
- PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification preferred
