About the role

A strategic leadership position with oversight of the daily operations of a geographically defined Gilchrist neighborhood (e.g., counseling and support, elder medical care and hospice) while ensuring a vision and strategy for future growth.

Responsibilities

• Developing and enhancing relationships with health systems, residential care facilities, and community leaders and organizations to increase visibility and community affiliations and partnerships
• Supervising Neighborhood Leaders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health care administration or a related field
• Master’s degree preferred
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in a health care related field, preferably in serious illness or end‑of‑life care
• Demonstrated experience in network collaborations

Qualifications

• Knowledge and understanding of patient and workforce safety as it relates to job duties
• Competency in delivering care that meets age‑specific needs of the patient population
