About the Role
We are seeking a Director of Home Health & Employee Health Services to lead and oversee our Home Health and Employee Health programs.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and operational oversight for both Home Health and Employee Health services
- Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and regulatory compliance
- Lead, mentor, and support interdisciplinary clinical teams
- Manage employee health programs, workplace safety, infection prevention, and wellness initiatives
- Oversee departmental budgets, staffing, quality improvement, and operational performance
- Collaborate with hospital leadership, providers, and community partners to achieve organizational goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) and active RN license
- 5+ years of leadership experience in home health, employee health, or related healthcare setting
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Knowledge of regulatory standards, quality improvement, and compliance (CMS, OSHA)
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in Home Health or Occupational Health
