We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: only those with real content. The posting includes: About the role? Actually there is a paragraph at start describing company and why join. Could be "About the role" or "About the company". The instructions: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We need to decide appropriate headings based on content. We have: - Intro: "Pinnacle Propane, LLC, a leading provider ... is on the hunt for a dynamic and driven Director of Health and Safety..." plus "Why Join Pinnacle Propane?" and description. This could be "About the role"About the role"" or "About the company". Probably "About the role" is appropriate. - Benefits: listed under "When you join our team, you'll enjoy:" with bullet list: Great Benefits (medical, vision, dental), Life Insurance, Community Volunteering Day, Paid Time Off, Retirement Savings Plan. So we can have Benefits section. - Position Summary: description of role. Could be part of About the role or separate "Position Summary". Might be better to include as part of About the role. - Key Areas of Ownership: list of areas. Could be under Responsibilities? Actually they are areas of ownership. Could be part of Responsibilities. - Key Areas of Responsibility: detailed list. That's clearly Responsibilities. - Qualifications: list. - Key Performance Indicators: could be considered as part of Responsibilities or maybe a separate section like "Performance Metrics". Not in allowed headings list but we could still use

for any heading? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not exclusive. Probably we should stick to those headings; we can omit KPIs if not matching. Could incorporate into Responsibilities. - Safety Responsibilities: seems duplicate of Responsibilities. - Work Environment: could be part of Responsibilities or maybe a separate section like "Work Environment" not in list; maybe we can omit or incorporate into Responsibilities. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include all details, but we can group them under appropriate headings. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must remove boilerplate: EEO statement, disclaimer, etc. Remove duplicated lines. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's extract substantive content: Intro/Why Join: - Pinnacle Propane, LLC, a leading provider in the propane industry, is on the hunt for a dynamic and driven Director of Health and Safety to join our growing team. Work Environment: This position works across office, field, terminal, service center, bulk storage plant, delivery route, and customer site environments. Frequent travel is required for audits, investigations, training, ride-alongs, observations, reviews, and coaching. The role requires timely incident response, field observation, equipment review, peak-season support, and partnership with leadership to address operational risk across locations. We need to avoid duplication. We can merge Safety Responsibilities and Work Environment into Responsibilities or maybe a separate "Work Environment" section not in allowed headings but we could still use

for Work Environment? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests those examples. Safer to stick to those. We can incorporate Work Environment details into Responsibilities. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience" etc. Not present. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's structure:

Responsibilities

We can combine Key Areas of Ownership and Key Areas of Responsibility and Safety Responsibilities and Work Environment into a single Responsibilities section, maybe with subheadings? But we cannot use other headings; we could just list all items as
  • ... but that would be huge. Could break into sub-sections using

    ? Not allowed? Only

    for section headings. Could use

for each subsection? That would be many headings. Might be okay but risk of being considered filler? Probably better to keep as one Responsibilities section with a comprehensive list. We need to preserve all details; we can combine bullet points from both ownership and responsibilities lists, plus safety responsibilities and work environment details. Let's compile all bullet points: From Key Areas of Ownership: - HSSE governance, policies, SOPs, controls, and compliance - Training, cross-training, onboarding, certifications, and competency validation - Field safety leadership, ride-alongs, observations, coaching, and risk prevention - Site audits, DOT compliance, regulatory documentation, and corrective actions - Incident management, investigations, root cause analysis, and lessons learned - Emergency response, PPE, contractor safety, and propane-specific risk controls - HSSE dashboards, KPIs, audit trends, and continuous improvement - Team leadership, staffing readiness, and peak-season coverage support From Key Areas of Responsibility: - Own HSSE governance, policies, SOPs, documentation, controls, and compliance with NFPA 58, PERC, DOT/FMCSA, PHMSA, OSHA, EPA, and applicable state requirements. - Develop and support safety training, onboarding, toolbox talks, job aids, field guides, certification tracking, competency validation, and refresher schedules. - Build and maintain cross-training plans that support front-line readiness, peak-season coverage, and safe execution across locations. - Provide field HSSE leadership through ride-alongs, bulk storage plant walks, route observations, customer site reviews, equipment inspections, coaching, and risk prevention. - Manage site audits, DOT safety compliance, risk assessments,
