Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a cross functional internal and partner team to implement a best-in-class e-commerce technology stack
  • Build a deep understanding of our platforms, user journeys, and customer motivations and purchase flows
  • Analyze user data to uncover opportunities for maximizing conversion rates, upsell/cross-sell, and retention
  • Prioritize initiatives based on potential revenue impact and secure cross-functional alignment to ensure focus on the highest-impact activities
  • Collaborate with product teams to define and develop new user experiences that drive conversion and engagement
  • Own and lead the experimentation and testing roadmap across our platforms to optimize growth strategies
  • Optimize messaging and the overall user experience on customer-facing interfaces to ensure seamless purchasing and post-purchase experiences
  • Lead through influence, coordinating across product, marketing, and data teams to achieve quarterly and annual recurring revenue (ARR) growth targets

Success in this role will be measured by

  • Incremental recurring revenue growth
  • Improved conversion and retention metrics
  • The effectiveness of the growth engine you help build

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 6+ years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS software
  • A deep understanding of online shopping flows and experience optimizing user experiences to meet revenue goals
  • A love for data and demonstrated excellence in data-driven problem-solving—you can take high-level, ambiguous problems and translate them into clear, actionable plans
  • A self-starter with strong leadership skills, able to drive results through influence across diverse teams
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to advocate for growth strategies backed by data and insights
  • Experience leading and working with teams around the world
  • Experience with Pendo a big plus

Physical Considerations

  • Ability to work in a general office environment
  • Ability to handle extended periods of computer-based work, including phone and video calls
  • Ability to work flexible and long hours, as needed, including outside regular business hours

Travel Considerations

  • Domestic and/or international travel required, estimated up to 15%
