Key Responsibilities
- Lead a cross functional internal and partner team to implement a best-in-class e-commerce technology stack
- Build a deep understanding of our platforms, user journeys, and customer motivations and purchase flows
- Analyze user data to uncover opportunities for maximizing conversion rates, upsell/cross-sell, and retention
- Prioritize initiatives based on potential revenue impact and secure cross-functional alignment to ensure focus on the highest-impact activities
- Collaborate with product teams to define and develop new user experiences that drive conversion and engagement
- Own and lead the experimentation and testing roadmap across our platforms to optimize growth strategies
- Optimize messaging and the overall user experience on customer-facing interfaces to ensure seamless purchasing and post-purchase experiences
- Lead through influence, coordinating across product, marketing, and data teams to achieve quarterly and annual recurring revenue (ARR) growth targets
Success in this role will be measured by
- Incremental recurring revenue growth
- Improved conversion and retention metrics
- The effectiveness of the growth engine you help build
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 6+ years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS software
- A deep understanding of online shopping flows and experience optimizing user experiences to meet revenue goals
- A love for data and demonstrated excellence in data-driven problem-solving—you can take high-level, ambiguous problems and translate them into clear, actionable plans
- A self-starter with strong leadership skills, able to drive results through influence across diverse teams
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to advocate for growth strategies backed by data and insights
- Experience leading and working with teams around the world
- Experience with Pendo a big plus
Physical Considerations
- Ability to work in a general office environment
- Ability to handle extended periods of computer-based work, including phone and video calls
- Ability to work flexible and long hours, as needed, including outside regular business hours
Travel Considerations
- Domestic and/or international travel required, estimated up to 15%
