About the role
The Director of Growth Marketing will own the strategy and execution behind growing awareness, attracting new patients, and building a trusted women's healthcare brand. This role is ideal for a strategic marketer who can define our brand, create compelling campaigns, and directly drive patient acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Content
- Develop Maiden Lane Medical's brand positioning, messaging, and differentiation within women's healthcare and telemedicine.
- Define target audiences, patient personas, and key marketing messages.
- Build content pillars and social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and patient acquisition.
- Create creative concepts for educational content, short-form video, testimonials, UGC, and paid advertising.
- Growth Marketing & Patient Acquisition
- Own and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta (Instagram/Facebook) and other digital channels.
- Build, launch, test, and optimize campaigns within Meta Ads Manager.
- Develop strategies to improve conversion rates from advertisement click through appointment booking.
- Analyze campaign performance, patient acquisition costs, and return on marketing investment.
- Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns.
- Creative & UGC Strategy
- Sources, manages, and collaborates with UGC creators and content partners.
- Develop compelling ad hooks, scripts, and creative concepts designed to connect with women authentically.
- Partner with internal teams and external creators to produce high-performing marketing assets.
- Analytics & Optimization
- Establish tracking, attribution, and reporting processes.
- Use data to make decisions about creative strategy, audience targeting, and budget allocation.
- Continuously test and improve marketing performance.
- Healthcare Marketing Compliance
- Ensure all marketing activities align with healthcare advertising guidelines, Meta policies, and patient privacy requirements.
- Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure messaging is accurate, trustworthy, and medically appropriate.
Qualifications
- Experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, performance marketing, or healthcare marketing.
- Demonstrated success driving measurable customer or patient acquisition.
- Hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns, particularly Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience developing brand strategy, messaging, and marketing campaigns.
- Ability to translate data and analytics into creative marketing strategies.
- Experience with UGC, influencer marketing, short-form video, or content-driven growth strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data.
- Healthcare, telemedicine, digital health, or regulated industry experience preferred.
