Director of Growth

For our client, we are seeking a Director of Growth to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This leader will own the growth operating plan and help translate strategy into focused quarterly execution. The role will partner closely with leadership to identify key intervention points, manage KPIs, and drive stronger commercial performance through data-informed decision-making. You will also guide and develop the growth organization, including sellers and growth marketing talent, to support scalable expansion in a mission-driven healthcare environment.
