Director of Grant Per Diem Program

Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of St. Louis, St. Patrick Center, is seeking a Grant Per Diem (GPD) Director to lead VA GPD programs, including Transition in Place (TIP) beds, Bridge beds, HERO, and CE programs. The role ensures contract goals are met, budgets are fully utilized, and program staff are trained.

About the role

The director oversees daily operations of GPD case managers and off-site programs (Caritas St. Mathews and HERO), ensuring compliance with documentation, verification, and assessment requirements. Responsibilities include financial oversight, contract management, and preparation of monthly and quarterly reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee VA GPD programs, TIP beds, Bridge beds, HERO, and CE programs.
• Train new program staff and supervise GPD case managers.
• Ensure compliance with documentation, verification, and homeless verification requirements.
• Manage program contracts and financial oversight.
• Complete monthly and quarterly reports.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
