The MQSQ will be used to evaluate if the applicant possesses the required minimum qualifications. Exam Components Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: list of abilities.
- What else should I know? Eligible List/Score Report etc. This seems like procedural info, maybe not needed? It's not about role, responsibilities, qualifications, skills, benefits, pay, schedule. It's about selection process. Could be considered part of "Requirements" or "Qualifications"? Might be considered procedural but still substantive. However guidelines: include section only when posting has real specific content for it. We could put a section "Selection Process" but not in allowed headings list. Allowed headings are limited to About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must use those headings only. So we need to map content to those.
- About the role: could include description of organization, mission, vision, role description, working relationships.
- Responsibilities: essential duties list.
- Requirements: maybe education and experience (minimum qualifications). Could also include substitution.
- Qualifications: maybe knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs). Or we could treat KSAs as Skills.
- Skills: maybe the KSAs list.
- Benefits, Pay, Schedule: not present, so omit.
Thus we will have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills.
We must not include empty sections.
Now we need to extract substantive info and format.
Let's gather content.

We could treat these as Skills section instead of Qualifications. But we have both Qualifications and Skills allowed. We could put KSAs under Skills, and maybe Qualifications left empty? Better to put KSAs under Skills, and Qualifications could be education/experience. But we already used Requirements for education/experience. So we need to decide mapping.
Allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We can assign:
- About the role: organization description + role description.
- Responsibilities: essential duties.
- Requirements: education and experience (minimum qualifications).
- Qualifications: maybe the MQSQ process? Or we could leave Qualifications empty and not include it. But we need to include only sections with real content. So we could omit Qualifications if we don't have specific content for it. However we have KSAs which could be considered Skills. So we can put KSAs under Skills.
Thus we will have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills.
We must not include Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
Now we need to output HTML fragment only, no /, no markdown fences.
We'll produce:
