About the role

Drive congressional advocacy on issues that shape the future of healthcare. Represent Epic before federal policy makers and serve as a key voice on legislative issues affecting healthcare technology.

Responsibilities

  • Develop government relations strategies that advance pro-innovation policies that put the patient at the heart of healthcare and help providers succeed in an evolving regulatory environment.
  • Primary focus on federal affairs, building and sustaining relationships across the House and Senate while partnering with government affairs teams at health systems, hospital associations, and other key healthcare stakeholders to drive aligned, high-impact initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience: 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or greater (any major).
  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 30% of working days.
  • Work authorization: Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
  • Location: Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
