Director OF fun

About the role

The Director of Fun at Galloway Activity Centre is responsible for ensuring that all activities are engaging and enjoyable for participants. This role involves testing activities, rating their fun level, sharing ideas for improvement, and helping to decide what constitutes a perfect day out for kids and families.

Responsibilities

• Test activities before (or after!) everyone else
• Rate how fun each activity is
• Share your ideas on how to make activities even more exciting
• Tell us honestly what you love and what could be improved
• Help decide what makes a perfect day out for kids and families

Requirements

• Love climbing, zipping, boating and being outdoors
• Have lots of ideas and aren’t afraid to share them
• Be great at smiling, laughing and trying new things
• Know that fun is serious business

Qualifications

No formal qualifications are required, but candidates should demonstrate enthusiasm for outdoor activities and a passion for making experiences fun and memorable.

Skills

• Outdoorsy and adventurous spirit
• Ability to provide constructive feedback
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
