Primary Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations of Revenue Cycle Management and Payroll, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial operations across multiple healthcare brands.
- Partner with Finance and operational leaders to develop budgets, analyze performance, benchmark financial results, and deliver actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Drive enterprise Revenue Cycle initiatives by improving collections, optimizing workflows, supporting system implementations, and standardizing processes across acquisitions and existing operations.
- Lead payroll operational excellence by developing standardized workflows, performance metrics, and scalable processes that support centralized payroll operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement automation, strengthen financial reporting, improve operational efficiency, and support continued organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required.
- 6+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle, financial operations, or related healthcare finance functions.
- Experience leading Revenue Cycle Management and Payroll operations within multi-location, multi-entity healthcare organizations.
- Demonstrated success building KPIs, dashboards, financial reporting, and process improvements within high-growth or private equity-backed healthcare environments.
- Strong understanding of Medicaid, Managed Care, commercial payers, value-based reimbursement, and healthcare financial operations.
- Experience implementing RCM technologies, automation initiatives, and enterprise financial systems preferred.

Pay
The expected California Pay Range for this position: $180,000 USD - $180,000 USD
