A leader in the higher education industry is hiring a Director of Financial Aid Fiscal Services. This is a fully REMOTE / full-time position. Director of Financial Aid Fiscal Services Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, higher education, or related field.Minimum of 5–7 years of financial aid administration experience.Strong knowledge of Title IV regulations and fund management.Proven experience with reconciliations, audits, and compliance.Excellent leadership and team development skills. Director of Financial Aid Fiscal Services Responsibilities:Provide strategic oversight of financial aid fiscal operations and ensure compliance.Manage federal, state, and institutional financial aid fund reconciliation and reporting.Lead staff development, establish operational goals, and promote continuous improvement.Oversee audit preparation and coordinate responses to compliance findings.Collaborate across departments to optimize financial aid processes and systems.
