A leader in the higher education industry is hiring a Director of Financial Aid Fiscal Services. This is a fully remote, full-time position.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, higher education, or related field
• Minimum of 5–7 years of financial aid administration experience
• Strong knowledge of Title IV regulations and fund management
• Proven experience with reconciliations, audits, and compliance
• Excellent leadership and team development skills

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of financial aid fiscal operations and ensure compliance
• Manage federal, state, and institutional financial aid fund reconciliation and reporting
• Lead staff development, establish operational goals, and promote continuous improvement
• Oversee audit preparation and coordinate responses to compliance findings
• Collaborate across departments to optimize financial aid processes and systems
